The new IKON Series cues feature C4 technology.  C4 technology represents a breakthrough in the construction of Predator cues. There is a 4 piece laminated core inside the butt of every IKON Series cue as well as phenolic lining at the joint and butt sleeve.  This gives the cue a more solid and consistent hit. With the new Predator IKON, you'll notice a lack of vibration and a solid "thunk" when you take your shot.  That's because Predators exclusive C4 four-piece core construction has all but eliminated the "buzz" or negative feedback so common in other cues.  All you get is pure, positive feedback and a more accurate shot with greater straightness tendencies. So don't be fooled by the beauty of IKON'S intricate inlays and exotic woods - its more striking feature isn't even visible to the naked eye.
